The booking experience was excellent. They operators were patient with my questions and very diligent and clear in the booking process. Once I arrived, I was greeted by my guide Geovanni who’s the absolute best. We literally saw every animal and way more than what I expected to see. It was awesome that the company offers an option of a professional photographer so that I can enjoy the most amazing experiences imaginable undistracted.
